
Our Policies
CANCELLATIONS
If you do need to cancel your appointment, we require 48 hours notice or a 50% charge will be incurred.
If you do not turn up for your appointment, a 'no show' then a 100% charge will be incurred.
ATTENDING
Please arrive at your appointment with product-free nails unless booked in for an infill / removal.
Please try to attend your appointment alone to avoid overcrowding in the studio.
LATE ARRIVALS
Arriving late for your appointment may mean that we don't have enough time to carry out your desired treatment.
The treatment may have to be simplified or rearranged. Please let us know asap if you know you're going to be late.
BREAKAGES
Any breakages that occur within 72 hours will be repaired free of charge.
After that, they will be charged at 10% of the original set price. Please let us know asap if any nail breaks happen.
PAYMENT
We prefer cash / bank transfer but we have card payment facilities, if needed.
The charges on a small business for card fees really do add up - so we prefer cash / bank transfer.
PARKING
You can park in our designated parking space if it's free. There is a row of numbered spaces next to the units. Ours is number 18 right at the end.
Alternatively, there is a little car park across the road or you can find a space on New Street (the long road opposite the salon)
